EASTER RECIPE: CHOCOLATE NESTS
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Difficulty level: Easy
150 grams good quality milk chocolate
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
2x bags of Chang’s Original Fried Noodles (or equivalent)
1 packet of Cadbury’s Mini Eggs
Patty cake cases
Melt the chocolate in a bowl. Add the peanut butter to the chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Gradually scatter the fried noodles into the bowl and stir gently, being careful not to crush the noodles.
Line up the patty cake cases on a flat baking tray. Once the noodles are evenly coated with the chocolate, spoon the mixture into the patty cake cases. Use a teaspoon to create a shallow well in the centre of the nest. To decorate, place a few mini eggs into the middle of the nest and press them gently into the melted chocolate. Pop the tray into the fridge and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Keep refrigerated until served.
